Your site shouldn't contain any XXX or hentai materials. I prefer English sites, but Russian is also accepted. Site must be yours, not a pre-made neither a template. It must be anime/manga/asia related graphic site or a resource (brushes, textures etc.) site. Note that I can end our exchange without any reason but I'll notify you. Same goes for you. If you got accepted, I expect you to place PM link somewhere visible on your site within a week. Keep in touch! Comment or e-mail once in a while is fine. I'll reply in a week. If you won't recieve anything within that time, try to contact me again. I'll send you a blank message if you're rejected. Sorry, I don't know how to reject politely... Finally, PM button must be uploaded on your own server or image hosting but definitely no direct-linking.
